岗位职责:
负责处理日语用户的咨询、投诉及其他客服相关事宜,提供高效、专业的服务;
通过在线聊天、邮件、电话等渠道解答用户问题,确保用户满意度;
反馈和跟进客户需求,协调内部团队优化用户体验;
关注行业动态,协助优化客服流程,提高服务质量;
完成上级交办的其他任务。
岗位要求:
日语N1或同等水平,具备优秀的日语书面和口头沟通能力;
有1年以上客服、销售或相关经验,熟悉加密货币行业者优先;
具备较强的客户服务意识,良好的沟通和问题解决能力;
适应轮班工作,有责任心,抗压能力强;
具有团队合作精神,能与不同部门高效协作。
