Collections Associate – Australian Telco Account

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Australian Telco Collections team. This role involves assisting customers with overdue accounts, providing payment solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

This is an entry-level opportunity — no prior BPO experience required. Candidates must be at least Senior High School graduates, willing to work on a shifting schedule, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to overdue telco accounts
• Provide clear payment options and negotiate repayment arrangements with customers
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and Australian telco regulations
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service while meeting collection targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve collection strategies
• Adapt to shifting schedules and maintain punctuality and reliability
