About the Position

We are seeking a Legal and Compliance Officer in Dubai to assist the company with regulatory license applications in the UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities to participate in the submission and preparation of documentation for Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) licenses to the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of license application materials for VARA and SCA
• Draft and review accompanying documents (including business plans, internal policies, regulatory forms, etc.)
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and government agencies on license-related matters
• Monitor updates and revisions to the UAE virtual asset regulatory framework
• Systematically manage the submission materials, approval documents, and correspondence with regulatory authorities
• Assist the legal compliance team in establishing an operational framework that meets regulatory requirements
