- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information promptly.
- Provide accurate product information and assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using call center software.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with flexible shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a strong customer service orientation.
