• Process and manage incoming payments and transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to receivables.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 6 months-1year experience in the accounting field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
• Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City
