Description
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product information, orders, billing, and general inquiries.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, finding solutions to resolve issues.
- Provide detailed product information and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and update relevant information in CRM systems.
Sales Generation:
- Actively identify potential sales opportunities by engaging customers in conversations and understanding their needs.
- Cross-sell and upsell products or services based on customer requirements.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team members when necessary.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Requirements
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required
