Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide text-based consulting services to platform users via email/online chat, addressing and resolving various issues encountered while using the platform.
2. Offer professional product consultation services to platform clients.
3. Calm and reassure customers to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Record customer inquiries when necessary and communicate their needs to relevant departments for product optimization.
5. Inform customers about system and product changes to ensure they are aware of all significant updates.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in customer support and service is preferred.
2. Good teamwork and execution skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
3. At least six months of experience in a customer service position at a cryptocurrency exchange.
4. Background or knowledge in the financial industry (stocks, futures) is a plus.
5. Willingness to work in shifts from 9:00-18:00, 15:00-24:00, or 24:00-09:00 (GMT+8).
