Job Description:

• Responsible for the functional planning, design, and development of the front-end quality inspection system (the quality inspection system is used to detect various issues in front-end pages and code, such as SEO, localization, etc., to enhance functional quality);
• Refine the capabilities of the existing quality inspection system, including implementation methods, timeliness, and accuracy, to enable more precise and efficient detection work;
• Responsible for the development and iteration of various front-end efficiency tools, such as IDE Plugins, Chrome Extensions, Figma Plugins, etc., to improve team workflow and enhance work efficiency;
• Continuously stay attuned to new technologies and directions, conduct research and evaluations, and apply them appropriately to improve the effectiveness of the quality inspection system;
• Responsible for the iteration of foundational tools such as front-end localization and design systems, as well as the research and establishment of related process specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution with over 7 years of front-end work experience;
• Solid foundation in front-end technologies, proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experienced with frameworks such as React and Webpack;
• Some backend capabilities (NodeJS), preference for full-stack engineers;
• Strong engineering skills with a good awareness of efficiency improvement;
• Able to analyze and summarize problems and scenarios, producing reasonable and general solutions;
• Good logical reasoning, communication, and expression skills, as well as strong facilitation abilities;
• Passionate about technology and committed to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Management experience is a plus;
• Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.
