【Market Maker Trader】

1. Execute daily trading activities, including but not limited to buy/sell orders and monitoring market dynamics.

2. Analyze market trends, data, and economic events, using quantitative tools and models to predict market movements.

3. Manage trading risks to ensure compliance with the company’s established risk management strategies.

4. Collaborate with the technology team to continuously optimize trading algorithms and tools.

5. Prepare trading reports, analyze trading results, and provide feedback and strategic adjustment recommendations to the team.

6. Track the latest industry developments and technological innovations to maintain the company's competitive advantage in the industry.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science.

2. At least 2 years of trading experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in cryptocurrency or derivatives trading.

3. Proficient in various trading platforms and tools; familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R is a plus.

4. Excellent data analysis and statistical skills, capable of handling complex datasets and extracting insights from them.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, able to remain calm under pressure.

6. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
