Job Overview: We are seeking an operations leader with a deep understanding of the Web3 and DeFi ecosystem, experience in CEX operations, and a strong growth mindset who can formulate and execute growth strategies driven by results, leading the platform to achieve exponential expansion.

Core Responsibilities:

1: Platform operations management and brand operations

a: Assist in the formulation and execution of operational strategies and platform activities.

b: Write event content and track the collaboration outcomes in each global regional market.

c: Assist in communicating collaboration plans and activity proposals for each regional market.

d: Analyze user behavior and transaction data, collect user feedback, and optimize user pathways and transaction experiences.

e: Promote the launch of key trading pairs, integrate market hot assets, identify market demands, and optimize user experience.

2. Data-driven refined operations

a: Establish a trading and user data analysis framework to monitor core metrics such as trading volume, user activity, and cost conversion efficiency in real time;

b: Regularly iterate growth activities and incentive mechanisms based on data;

c: Continuously optimize funnel pathways by collaborating across multiple dimensions such as product, operations, and marketing to enhance key conversion rates.

3. Cross-team collaboration and resource integration

a: Coordinate with product, marketing, community, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of all operational tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of experience in growth-related roles within the internet or crypto industry, with practical capabilities in scaling from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10;

2. Deep understanding of DEX trading mechanisms (such as AMM, limit order books, aggregation matching, etc.), familiar with on-chain data analysis and user behavior insights;

3. Experience in designing successful trading incentive models or leading high ROI growth initiatives;

4. Familiarity with on-chain tools and analysis platforms (such as Dune, Flipside, Nansen, DefiLlama, Debank, Etherscan, etc.);

5. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, capable of driving complex projects under pressure;

6. Fluent in English, possessing a global mindset, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and highly complex work environment;
