Web3 Business Development Specialist

Salary and Benefits: Negotiable 

Location: Remote (candidates residing in Southeast Asia will be given priority)

Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days off per month 

Nationality: No restrictions

Language: Fluent in Chinese and English, other languages are a plus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and establish partnerships with wallets, DeFi protocols, exchanges, and ecosystem partners to promote the adoption of stablecoins;

2. Assist in developing market entry and growth strategies targeting key markets in Southeast Asia;

3. Research and analyze regional Web3 trends, user behaviors, and competitive landscapes to provide data support for business development;

4. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to develop localized promotion and user onboarding strategies;

5. Represent the company at Web3 events, meetups, and hackathons (online or offline) in the region;

6. Track key performance indicators (KPI) and regularly report on ecosystem engagement and business development outcomes.

Job Description:

1. Fundamental Web3 Knowledge: Understand the basic concepts of blockchain, stablecoins, and DeFi, have used Web3 wallets, and may have experience with related protocols;

2. Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills: Enjoy establishing connections with developers, project parties, and ecosystem participants;

3. Builder Mindset: Resource-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and goal-driven;

4. Good Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal expression skills in English (preference for those who can speak Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, or Tagalog).

Bonus Points:

1. Experience in business development, ecosystem collaboration, or growth roles (background in Web3 or technology/startup companies preferred);

2. Understanding of Web3 wallet infrastructure, EVM chains, gasless transactions, or on-chain user experience;

3. Passionate about financial inclusion and the application of blockchain in emerging markets.
