Identify and manage partnerships within the RWA ecosystem (such as financial institutions, blockchain platforms, industry associations, etc.).
• Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitor dynamics to provide the team with data-driven decision support. Regularly analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, optimizing strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Team Collaboration and Execution: Work closely with product, technology, and sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with company strategy. Manage external resources (such as advertising agencies and media partners) to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing management, with at least 1 year in the Web3 or fintech sectors, possessing a deep understanding or strong interest in RWA.
• Proficient in market strategy, brand promotion, event planning, and digital marketing tools (such as social media, SEO, content marketing).
• Excellent data analysis skills, able to optimize marketing strategies through data insights.
• Innovative thinker, capable of executing efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to build trust with teams, partners, and clients.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate smoothly with international teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project initialization from 0 to 1.
• Proven track record of successfully building well-known Web3 brands or marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading large-scale marketing promotions in Web3.
