What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day)

Your main goal is to ensure our SAP systems run at lightning speed. You'll achieve this by:

• Building Fast Data Structures: Designing and creating HANA Data Models (like Calculation Views and Stored Procedures) that power complex reports and application logic.
• Speed Optimization: Acting as a performance expert. You will find and fix slow spots in our code and database queries to boost system speed.
• Advanced Coding: Writing and perfecting complex SQL Script code to run business logic directly inside the HANA database—where it's fastest.
• Integrating with Apps: Working closely with ABAP teams to ensure new application logic (using AMDPs and CDS Views) is optimized for HANA.
• Solving Problems: Troubleshooting and resolving major performance issues like slow queries or excessive memory usage.

Skills You Must Have

• HANA Expertise: Solid, proven experience building and working with the native SAP HANA database.
• SQL Mastery: Expert-level skill in writing, optimizing, and debugging complex SQL Script.
• Performance Tuning: Practical experience using HANA tools to analyze performance and make things faster.
• Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with how HANA objects integrate with SAP applications (e.g., using AMDP and CDS Views).

Your Background

• Experience: At least 2 - 5 years total experience in SAP development, including 2+ years focused specifically on SAP HANA development and performance.
• Experience: 1 - 3 years experience as Software Developer.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Bonus: Any SAP HANA or advanced SQL/Database certifications are a plus!
• Willing to work HYBRID setup. (BGC, MANDALUYONG, ALABANG)
