Requirements:

Graduate of any 4 years Business course

Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software)

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities

Ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of goods

Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock checks

Train, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Monitor performance and productivity of warehouse team

Implement warehouse policies and procedures

Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

Resolve any arising issues or complaints

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
