DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise department activities and assists personnel in both Site 1 (Calauan) and Site 2 (Pulilan) and Iloilo warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and ISO standards during warehouse operations.
• Correct and timely issuance, receipts, PLTs, and other miscellaneous transaction.
• Daily monitoring of SO approved and updates (current and back orders)
• Creation of JO issuance picklist & reclassification and adjustment of RMs (if necessary)
• Approve transactions in INFOR system and ensure properly closed.
• Coordination with concern department like incoming materials, stock transfer, SLE, Expired items, etc.
• Identifies and implementing process improvements for efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

• Experience with stock control, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.
• Knowledgeable in ERP system/ Business automation tools
• Familiar and with knowledge in HACCP, GMP, OSH, ISO, implementation

EDUCATION

• At least 3-5 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor
• Graduate of Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or its equivalent

Willing to be assigned in Dayap, Calauan, Laguna
