Warehouse Operations

• Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Staff Supervision

• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel
• Create shift schedules and assign tasks to ensure workflow efficiency
• Promote teamwork and enforce discipline and company policies

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce proper use of PPE
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain and update inventory records, delivery logs, and other warehouse documentation
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and productivity
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams

Equipment & Maintenance

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallets, scanners)
• Report damages or malfunctions promptly for repairs

At least 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Familiar with inventory systems, warehouse management software, and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of safety procedures and logistics best practices
