SALARY: Php 695/day (18,070/month)


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination and process of sample requests from Sales Team and other department including pullouts.
  • Monitor inventory records of samples.
  • Coordinate the cutting process to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Address any cutting-related challenges or issues that arise during the production process. Propose solutions and implement corrective actions as needed,
  • Generate report of the number of tiles cut, production output, and any quality-related issues.
  • Generate picklist, monitor picking and update the warehouse system.
  • Coordination of picking issues that may arise during preparetion.
  • Other related task as instructed by immediate superior.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of any course.
  • Proven experience in warehouse process and coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using inventory management software.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting discrepancies, and collaborating with teams.
  • Physical capability to perform manual counting and other related physical activity.
  • Knowledge of tile products, materials, specifications, and in MS Excel is a plus.
