Description
- Upload and update SKUs, product listings, and pricing across platforms
- Track and monitor inventory using ERP and coordinate with the warehouse
- Register products for campaigns, flash sales, and platform promos
- Coordinate TikTok Live sessions, video campaigns, and influencer placements
- Monitor and respond to reviews, inquiries, and customer feedback
- Track daily sales, traffic, and campaign performance
- Generate Excel reports and sales summaries
- Work closely with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Seller Center
- Familiar with ERP or stock management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Social media savvy and aware of current online trends
- Organized, analytical, and can multitask under pressure
- Willing to work on-site in Pasay City
