• Receive and verify delivered goods against invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase documents.
• Inspect incoming items for shortages, damages, or breakages during unloading and report discrepancies immediately.
• Store, arrange, and maintain goods in the stockroom in an orderly manner, strictly following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Properly label all inventory items in accordance with assigned codes and warehouse identification standards.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and assist during scheduled and unscheduled stock audits.
• Record inventory movements accurately and promptly report variances to the Assistant Warehouse Manager.
• Prepare and submit inventory and warehouse status reports on a monthly basis or as required by management.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Conduct warehouse visits and inspections within Luzon and Visayas on a regular basis.

Job requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other
• allied courses.
• At least one (1) year of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.   
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in packaging, trading, or import–export companies is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and can drive.
