Description
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols
- Support the team in tracking product movement within the warehouse and ensuring optimal storage practices
- Help coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries
- Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and analyze inventory data to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend work.
