  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly to guests.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of dining area.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent English communication skills; ability to multitask.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, attentive to detail, and customer-oriented.
