- Warmly greet, seat, and attend to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, explaining menu items, specials, and handling allergies/dietary needs.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly, ensuring correctness and presentation; refill drinks and check on guests throughout the meal.
- Accurately enter orders and process payments (cash, credit cards).
- Keep dining areas clean, set tables, and bus dishes efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues.
- Assist with setup, closing duties, restocking supplies, and following health/safety guidelines.
