Description
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Provide detailed menu information and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in hospitality or a related field is required.
- 25-35 Yrs Old
- NCR/Province area
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in waitering or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong waitering and hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, and experience in quick service restaurant environments.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
