Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Manage payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Assist with setting and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in hospitality or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in waitering or quick service restaurants.
- Skills: Strong customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to cleanliness and presentation.
- Responsibilities: Provide excellent service, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often on feet, and flexible hours.
- Qualities: Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure.
