- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.
- Assist with menu selection and offer recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, waitering, hospitality skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, potential for varied hours including evenings and weekends.
