Description
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Take and process food and drink orders accurately
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders
- Handle payments and maintain a cash register
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy dining environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
