- Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Work as part of a team to enhance customer experience.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a waitering or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, excellent waitering skills, strong hospitality skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food and beverages, assist customers, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods and working evenings or weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, team player, and a friendly demeanor.
