We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and explain daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized
- Process bills and handle payments
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
