Description
- Serve food and beverages, assist customers, manage cash transactions, maintain cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, excellent communication, cashiering experience, fast service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, flexible hours, may require evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, quick-thinking, multitasking, customer-focused.
