Join our healthcare team as a Medical Virtual Assistant! We are seeking dedicated individuals with experience in healthcare BPO operations, including prior authorization, scheduling patient appointments, and handling claims/insurance verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate patient medical records
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care
• Handle prior authorizations with insurance providers
• Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification
• Support claims processing and follow-ups
• Ensure accurate use of medical terminology and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
• Support daily medical office workflows and operations

Qualifications:

• Experience in a BPO healthcare account (prior authorization, scheduling appointments, handling claims, and insurance verification)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
