Description
- Primarily handles Property Management accounts.
- Answers inbound calls for property inquiries and maintenance work.
- Do outbound calls for follow-ups
- Update the system based on the information received from the owner/vendors/tenant
- Complete administrative work as instructed by the client
- Attend training calls and assist in drafting process documentation
- Send reports to clients and management
- Provide a timely update to superiors about the work progress
Requirements
- Should have completed at least two (2) years in college, or must possess a vocational/short course certificate
- Good to excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Customer service oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
