Description

Position: Virtual Assistant (Dispatch + Customer Service)

Type: Full-Time Remote

Salary: $300/month (with raises based on performance)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)


Work Hours: U.S. Time Zones (Eastern Time or Pacific Time Shifts Available)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by call, text, or email
  • Assign service orders to contractors using internal system (training provided)
  • Confirm job completions with service providers
  • Update internal records and booking statuses
  • Follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily tasks
  • Escalate issues promptly to supervisor when needed
  • Maintain polite, professional communication at all times


Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling
  • Familiarity with booking platforms, CRM software, or cloud tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion)
