- Mengelola email masuk dan keluar, termasuk penyaringan dan penjadwalan balasan.
- Menangani entri data, pembuatan laporan, dan dokumentasi.
- Mengatur dan mengelola file digital (Google Drive, Dropbox, dll).
- Melakukan riset online untuk keperluan bisnis, pemasaran, atau pribadi.

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (diutamakan D3/S1).
- Komunikatif, responsif, dan memiliki kemampuan organisasi yang baik.
- Disiplin, detail, dan mampu bekerja mandiri dengan supervisi minimal.
- Kemampuan menulis dan berbahasa Indonesia yang baik; kemampuan bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
