About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service (CS) Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with team members to learn and develop customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive company image.


What you’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate response
  • Provide product or service information to customers and assist with addressing common issue
  • Engage with marketplace negotiations and address customer inquiries to drive sales conversion
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while dealing with customer concerns and complaints
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to CS Supervisor
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of interactions with customers
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service quality


What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, specifically in chat and email support for an online retail/e-commerce
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in luxury brands and the fashion industry is a plus
  • Nice to have: Experience working in a start-up company
  • A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow in the customer service field


Salary: PHP30,000-35,000 plus benefits
