What you’ll do:
- Stitch, cut, and build strong story flows for short-form & branded content
- Has a good eye with Coloring
- Create scroll-stopping hooks and premium visual pacing
- Elevate raw productions into clean, on-brand outputs
- Collaborate with the team for revisions and final polish
You’re a fit if:
- Story-first editor, fast and meticulous
- Strong in Adobe Premiere / CapCut (DaVinci bonus)
- Reliable, deadline-oriented, and communicates well
- Growth-minded, coachable, and open to high standards
- Team-friendly but zero drama—just results
- Must-Haves (Both Roles)
- Full-time availability (team meetings are NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Comfortable working with structured systems and pipelines
- Can collaborate with team + clients clearly and respectfully
- Willing to go the extra mile when needed
