Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and independent Senior Creative Partner – Video & Influencer Content to lead our end-to-end creative production for digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a senior creative professional who can conceptually and technically execute high-quality video and digital content, bring their own creative team and tools, and leverage an existing network of influencers to drive brand visibility and engagement.
This is a freelance / contract-based partnership role, suited for someone who operates at a strategic and executional level, and who can function as an external creative lead for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction, ideation, and execution of all video, digital, and influencer-related content.
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Manage and deploy your own creative team (editors, designers, videographers, etc.) as needed for projects.
- Coordinate with social media influencers, creators, and digital partners to execute influencer-led campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end production: concept, scripting, filming, editing, post-production, and final delivery.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity, tone, and business objectives.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control across multiple projects and campaigns.
- Provide creative recommendations based on performance, trends, and platform best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field (required).
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in video production, creative direction, digital content, or a related role.
- Proven experience as a senior-level creative professional (Creative Director, Producer, Studio Lead, or similar).
- A strong and verifiable portfolio of video, creative, and digital campaign work.
- Existing professional connections with social media influencers, content creators, and digital partners.
- Ability to bring and manage your own creative team as needed.
- Ownership of professional-grade equipment and licensed software for video production and creative work.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and digital trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
