SALARY: Php300,000-Php400,000

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
  • With 3 to 4 years’ experience as Vice President in a retail company
  • With experience in retail distributor
  • Amendable to work in Quezon City
  • Can start as soon as possible


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic leadership for the retail organization by setting clear business goals
  • Ensuring all stores operate efficiently, meet performance targets, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Oversee financial performance of the retail division, including budgeting, cost control, and capital investment decisions.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador of the company brand, promoting consistency, integrity, and the organization’s values across all retail interactions.
  • Drive sales growth and margin improvement through data-driven decision-making, promotional strategies, and operational enhancements.
