Position: Vice President of Sales – Retail

Work Location: Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: Mondays- Fridays

Salary: Negotiable

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Retail Management, or a similar field.
• Master’s degree in a business-related discipline is an advantage
• At least 5–10 significant retail industry experience and sales leadership roles.
• Proven history of managing large retail networks, driving sales performance, and optimizing store productivity is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement national retail sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores, ensuring consistent execution of sales standards and customer experience.
• Lead and mentor regional managers, sales directors, and retail leadership teams.
• Analyze store performance data, market trends, and sales reports to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee the performance of all retail branches, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
