Motor Claims Clerk

Job Description
- Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and timely
- Maintain and update vehicle inventory records
- Verify VIN numbers and other vehicle information
- Prepare and submit required documentation to DMV and other agencies
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle documentation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with sales and finance departments to complete paperwork
- Track and follow up on pending documentation
- File and organize physical and electronic records
- Assist with audits and internal reviews of vehicle records
- Graduate of any 4 years business course
- Previous experience in an automotive or clerical role preferred
- Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with dealership management systems is a plus
