Safely transport passengers: Drive tourists to and from destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Provide excellent customer service: Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and their luggage. Offer information about tour destinations and answer questions.
Vehicle maintenance: Perform regular vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
Route planning: Plan and optimize routes for efficiency, considering traffic and weather conditions.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and passenger counts.
Handle unexpected situations: Be prepared to manage delays, emergencies, or other unexpected events calmly and professionally.
Professional conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
Clean driving record: A valid driver's license is essential, and depending on the vehicle, a commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required.
Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and other team members, such as tour guides.
