A Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and basic support services within the workplace to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas; proper disposal and segregation of waste; and assisting with the loading, unloading, and movement of supplies or equipment. The Utility Worker may also perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting damages or safety hazards, refilling water dispensers and pantry supplies, and providing support during events, deliveries, or setup activities. This position requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions while complying with company safety, sanitation, and health protocols.
