Description
- Clearing away dirty dishes, utensils and glassware promptly and professionally
- Cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers
- Assisting wait staff with serving meals and drinks when required
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event of spills
- Emptying trash bins and taking the garbage to the dumpster
- Assisting in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Following all relevant health department rules and regulations
- Supporting other staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Busboy or in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical strength and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willing to be assigned in SM North
- With basic pre-employment requirements
