1. UI & Game Interface Design

• Design user interfaces for mobile and web-based online gaming platforms, including game lobbies, menus, dashboards, buttons, pop-ups, and in-game screens.
• Ensure compliance with PAGCOR regulations, including responsible gaming indicators, secure navigation, and clear in-game messaging.
• Create visually engaging game UI layouts that enhance player experience, usability, and brand identity.
• Design UI components such as icons, progress bars, loading screens, reward indicators, banners, and notification elements while maintaining regulatory clarity.
• Support promotional events and live updates while ensuring compliance with gaming and advertising standards.

2. Design Systems, Prototyping & Standards

• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and/or Adobe XD.
• Establish and maintain UI design standards, design systems, UI kits, and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Apply iOS Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Android Material Design principles, including Safe Area and gesture requirements.
• Design responsive layouts optimized for iOS, Android, tablets, and web browsers.

3. Collaboration, Handoff & Optimization

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and compliance officers to ensure accurate, secure, and regulatory-compliant implementation of UI designs.
• Prepare UI assets and specifications for development handoff, including asset exports (@2x, @3x), redlines, interaction notes, and documentation for regulatory review.
• Ensure UI designs support player protection, accessibility, and fair play, following PAGCOR compliance and industry best practices.
• Continuously improve usability and player experience based on user feedback, testing, performance data, and regulatory guidance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, IT, or related field (preferred but not required)
• At least 2–3 years experience as a UI Designer (gaming or digital products is a plus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design for apps or websites
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
