We develop multiple projects across the Ethereum, Solana, and fully customized blockchain networks, solving complex challenges in supply chain, compliance, and enterprise automation.

We're expanding our development team and seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to help us transform complex blockchain technology into intuitive, user-centric experiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the interface and interaction design for our suite of enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and blockchain developers to understand technical constraints and business goals, translating them into elegant design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate designs, and advocate for the user’s perspective.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system (style guides, component libraries, UI patterns) to ensure consistency across all products.
• Design for complex data visualization, dashboard interfaces, and transactional flows inherent to blockchain applications.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished work for web applications.
• Expertise in modern design tools, particularly Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research, creating user journeys, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect, developer-ready design specifications.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and motion.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fully remote environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience or a strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, or Web3 applications.
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS) to facilitate realistic designs.
• Experience designing for data-heavy dashboards or B2B/enterprise SaaS products.
• Skills in motion design or prototyping micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
