We are looking for a talented UI/Graphics designer intern to design and shape unique, user-centric products, marketing materials and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, designers and project managers. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

What you’ll do:

• Create simple and seamless design (graphics and UI) & experiences across a variety of apps and platforms by distilling requirements and company goals into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
• You will collaborate with members of the research and design teams to improve the overall user experience.
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, marketing materials and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Assisting ongoing research with note-taking and observation. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Work with product managers by participating in cross-functional meetings and ideation sessions where you will represent the voice of the user.
• Communicate and collaborate with engineers about your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Able to create posters, presentations, illustrations & other branding requirements as & when needed.
• Manage and organize design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements.

• Open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Graduating Students are preferred.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Can do Motion design and Interaction Design
• Basic knowledge of front end markup: HTML/CSS/JavaScript
