Position: Senior Designer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for interface visual design, feature iterations, and redesigns for core business Apps and web platforms;

2. Adhere to and refine design guidelines to maintain consistency of the product’s visual style;

3. Demonstrate strong business understanding to clearly grasp product objectives, establish and organize corresponding design goals and priorities;

4. Possess solid product and interaction thinking, participate in the product interaction design process, and closely collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure project quality and on-time delivery;

5. Stay current with design trends, research target customers, and continuously optimize and innovate the overall user experience.

Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in UI/product design;

2. UI design experience in the Web3 domain, familiar with overseas market user habits;

3. Educational background in Digital Media Art;

4. Strong logical reasoning, communication, and adaptability skills;

5. Clear design thinking, rich creativity and imagination, and strong visual perception abilities.
