- As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across our digital products, from discovery through delivery.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to create user-centric solutions that drive engagement and business results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital portfolio showcasing user-centric design work
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts is a plus
- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first interfaces
- Ability to work within and contribute to design systems
- Proficiency in creating personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design principles, and usability
- Experience conducting user interviews, A/B testing, and usability testing
- Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
