Description
- Safely operate and drive trucks to transport goods between locations.
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Transport goods, maintain accurate logs, and conduct vehicle inspections.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of driving experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong navigation skills, knowledge of safety regulations, and good communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Long hours on the road, often in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
