- Transport goods safely and on time to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle logs.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
- Load and unload cargo as required.
Requirements
- Job Title: Truck Driver
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant trucking experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Valid driver's license, expertise in truck transportation, and a responsible attitude are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Safely operate and transport goods, conduct vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on the road, with varying hours including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
