The Treasury Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all treasury operations ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet all short-term financial obligations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of supervising daily treasury activities while supporting the organization's overall financial objectives.

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Accounting, Finance or any related courses.
• At least 3-5years of working experience in treasury, banking and finance operations with 2 years experiences in a supervisory position.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking effectively

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations including a. Ensuring all daily collections are properly reviewed and deposited the next day b. Reviews and approves all vouchers, properly recorded and with complete docs c. Control and schedule disbursements, balancing obligations and cash availability d. Work closely with Accounting, Operations and other departments to align cash planning with business needs.
• Support in negotiating banking services, fees, and terms to ensure cost effectiveness
• Maintains good banking relationships
• Implement and maintain treasury policies, procedures and internal controls
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by management
